We charge for our design services because they take a great deal of time therefore they have a great value. We understand that many of our so called “competitors” offer free design. As in most things you have gotten for free, you will get exactly what you paid for. When we complete your design you have a full set of plans to be bid, not a quote that no one can decipher.

Yes. We understand the need to get the most for the money. Our pricing is typically at or below legitimate retail outlets and online providers.

The earlier the better. The American Institute of Architects estimates a cost savings of between 5-30 percent by having a technology specialist involved early in the process. An hour or two at the design table can save a week or two in the field.

Technical Questions

Almost everything we do is dependent on a solid, secure network. Most homes require two or more access points to provide adequate coverage. Our clients can have hundreds of devices on their home network. This requires a manageable enterprise grade network to allow proper secure performance.

Technically yes, practically no. 4K requires an enormous amount of bandwidth. Many of the HDMI cables cannot properly pass a 4K signal. Full bandwidth 4K requires 18Gbps . Most internet providers do not offer anything beyond 0.5Gbs. What you receive from a streaming provider may technically be a 4K signal but it will not give you the picture quality you wanted when you purchased your set. The best sources for 4K right now are 4K Blu Ray or better yet a 4K Kaliedescape.

We Have techs ready to assist you from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week 365 days a year. Typically many issues can be solved remotely with a simple reboot.

In general speakers and amplifiers do not change a great deal. Displays, networking and sources change rapidly. We install an infrastructure that allows for upgrades and enhances the value of your home by preparing for the foreseeable future.
