Two years ago BTA set out on a mission to find a better way than text messaging and email for our team to communicate with each other and organize the constant flow of project details. We also needed a voice and video system for teleconferencing with our team members, vendors, and clients. It had to be simple to use and able to run on whatever mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer was being used. More than ever before, this pandemic has tested these requirements.
